The Healthy Bitch Juicing
Let me start by saying if I could juice for every meal I would, but the reality of it all is that juicing for every meal would not be a healthy choice for my diet and lifestyle. I just recently started incorporating juicing organic fruits and vegetables into my daily routine so I am new to this world of juicing for optimum health. The best part about juicing for me, is when I have a sixteen ounce glass of fresh squeezed juice in the morning, before my day starts, it helps me with all the hunger cravings I used to have throughout the day.
