I love cooking healthy foods and vegan dinners with my hubby everyday. I know most of us work an eight to twelve hour day and think of cooking as a luxury for those stay at home moms, but guess what I am one of those workaholics. I work anywhere from fifty to sixty hours a week and I find the time to make a nice healthy dinner for myself and my husband. When you think about the time it takes to order out or go out to eat you can have easily prepared your self a nice healthy meal within thirty to forty minutes.
It’s about taking the time for yourself and your loved ones. Once you realize that the control you have in the food you cook rather then precooked restaurant or delivery service food with reap a much greater reward for the health of you and your family, trust me you will be eating out much less and on your way to a healthy long life.
