<h2>Organic Cooking Directions</h2>
<p>preheat oven 400 degrees<br />
cut tops out from peppers and clean seeds out from the peppers, when peppers are clean place in pot of boiling water this will help soften and shorten cooking time, let sit in water for about fifteen minutes while preparing stuffing then place in glass pan sitting upright till stuffing ready</p>
<h3>Stuffing for Peppers</h3>

<p>You can boil or steam potatoes then mash potatoes in bowl, chop onion and add to rice while cooking, cook rice as specified on box, when rice is finished cooking add rice to mashed potatoes and mix with spoon</p>
<p>Once stuffing is complete them you can take stuff peppers with mix, don&#8217;t be afraid to stuff peppers to the top. You can place pepper tops back on top to keep stuffing in tack. Pour two cups of water in glass pan to prevent burning. Place in oven and cook for about fifteen minutes remove tops of peppers and broil so tops are is crispy for about five minutes.</p>

<p>1 bag of baby carrots<br />
5 stalks of celery<br />
5 russet potatoes<br />
1 sweet onion (chop really tiny)<br />
1 box of low sodium vegetable broth (Pacific Foods)<br />
3 cups of water</p>
<p>chop all vegetables into bit size pieces<br />
sprinkle sea salt to taste, sprinkle garlic powder to taste<br />
cook on stovetop low to medium temperature</p>
<p><strong>Cooking Time:</strong> approximately 60 minutes (till vegetables are tender) Enjoy this low calorie hearty healthy soup!</p>

<p>The Healthy Bitch Vegan Recipes will help you not only loose weight but feel great too and remember portion control is one of the most important weight loss tools in any healthy diet.</p>
<p>1 acorn squash cut in half and toss and scoop out inside seeds<br />
3 apples cut in cubes and place in Steam and Fresh Zip lock bag<br />
1 package of Light Life &#8220;sausage&#8221; vegetarian sausage cut into quarters</p>
<p>preheat oven 350<br />
bake acorn squash upside down in glass pan with 2 cups of water for about 45 minutes or until you can poke  a fork into side of squash easily<br />
sprinkle cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and a tbs. of brown sugar on apples and steam in bag for 3 minutes<br />
pan fry vegetarian sausage with olive oil until golden brown<br />
when acorn squash is cooked remove from oven place on plate and stuff with baked apples then sprinkle a little sea salt, place vegetarian sausage along side acorn squash and Enjoy a healthy Vegan meal from me, The Healthy Bitch!</p>
