What is a Diet?
A DIET is the sum of the food consumed by an organism or group. Our diet is simply what we eat.
Your Body is Your Temple – Be Good to It!
We are all on a diet plan whether it is a conscious choice or an unconscious choice; we all make a choice about what it is we are eating. So for 2010 I have decided to make a conscious choice about my diet. My food choices are based solely on the nutritional value of the food I choose to eat. This will be my called The Healthy Bitch Total Body Rejuvenation Plan. I will not weigh myself for 28 days during my total body rejuvenation plan. Not weighing myself will eliminate the stress of what is often referred to is as “dieting”. This plan is not about loosing weight; it is about healing my body and eliminating harmful toxins from my temple.
Exercising is a Must!
Exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall healthy. Exercise is an important part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and diet. I have said it before and I will say it again: Move your body everyday. Find a way to incorporate moving into your schedule. Don’t get stuck behind the desk all day. Get up and move.
