<h2>Eat Healthy and Move Your Body</h2>
<p>I have learned the hard way that by just eating healthy you will not lose weight. If you want to lose weight you have to exercise, and I don&#8217;t mean once or twice a week. I know everyone hates the term exercise but don&#8217;t think of it as a chore or something you have to fit in. </p>
<p>You eat everyday don&#8217;t you? You shower and brush your teeth everyday? Well you need to move your body as well, everyday! Yes, I know we all work and some of us even have kids, but thats no excuse not to get your butt moving. I sit down all day at a computer and I am guilty for always complaining that I have no time to exercise. Well don&#8217;t think of it as exercise, just find time in your day to move your body.</p>
<p><em>Here are some examples of how you can MOVE YOUR BODY and not worry about fitting in an exercise routine.</em></p>
<p><strong>Move During The Work Day</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Actually take your lunch at work and walk around outside.</li>
<li>Get up and fax the papers yourself instead of having someone else do it for you.</li>
<li>Park your car within a good walking distance to your place of work.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Move When You Get Home From Work</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Download your favorite music and jam out, dance, or just have fun by yourself after dinner for half hour. You will find this to be a great stress release.</li>
<li>Find one of the thousands of old workout tapes you ordered in the past and never used and just have fun with it, don&#8217;t worry about making sure you follow it perfectly, just move your body. I love working out to Richard Simmons, Sweatin to the Oldies, you know you have it, use it and have fun with it.</li>
</ul>
<h2>Find Time To Walk</h2>
<p>Walking is my best source of tension release. Wether you like to walk in the morning or evening, just find a way to fit it in. Trust me when you start walking wether its outside or on a treadmill you will want to walk more and eventually you may even find yourself wanting to run or jog a little. Walking releases so many great endorphins. I love to walk outside  with my dogs and breath in the fresh air.</p>
