5 russet potatoes
1 sweet onion (chop really tiny)
1 box of low sodium vegetable broth (Pacific Foods)
3 cups of water
chop all vegetables into bit size pieces
sprinkle sea salt to taste, sprinkle garlic powder to taste
cook on stovetop low to medium temperature
