Healthy Bitch Skinny Ingredients for Acorn Squash Recipe

1 acorn squash cut in half and toss and scoop out inside seeds
3 apples cut in cubes and place in Steam and Fresh Zip lock bag
1 package of Light Life “sausage” vegetarian sausage cut into quarters

preheat oven 350
bake acorn squash upside down in glass pan with 2 cups of water for about 45 minutes or until you can poke a fork into side of squash easily
sprinkle cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and a tbs. of brown sugar on apples and steam in bag for 3 minutes
pan fry vegetarian sausage with olive oil until golden brown
when acorn squash is cooked remove from oven place on plate and stuff with baked apples then sprinkle a little sea salt, place vegetarian sausage along side acorn squash and Enjoy a healthy Vegan meal from me, The Healthy Bitch!
